To my loving and beautiful wife Kris:
You were a beautiful person anyone could ever get to know. We had been together for 30 years. I am so glad we met. We were young students back then. We have built our lives from scratch with nothing except our college degree. Your sign language interpreting skills were beyond amazing. You made a positive difference wherever you went. Through the years, you have touched many lives by bringing the best out of people who were struggling with various issues. You truly had a talent working with people. You made the world a beautiful and better place. You were very patient with me and loved me very much, and you did the same with many other people. You were a savvy, intelligent, crafty, resourceful, patient, and forgiving person. You will be very much missed, until I see you again in Heaven.
Your husband, Mat.
Christine, my youngest, middle and oldest child as she liked to refer to herself. She was one of the bright lights in my life and I am privileged to be called her Mom. She was a loving, intelligent, sassy, generous, crafty lady, a woman of many talents, but most of all she was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Her family and I will miss her forever. I know one day we will see her again. Until then we trust she will help to guide us. Love you, Chris.

Matt,
Kris, indeed, was a generous and lovely lady. I was privileged to be your neighbor and friend! I pray you well as you adjust and grieve. We are caring for Ron’s 101 year old mom and will not be able to attend. Our love and prayers are with you💕

Mat,
Words of encouragement, though it is hard… be comforted and strength by His words…
Job 1: 21 says, “…The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away. Praise the bane of the Lord.”
Romans 8:28 says, “We know that God makes all things work together for the good of those who love Him and are chosen to be a part of His plan”.
John 14:1-3 say “ Don not let your heart be troubled. You have put your trust in God, put your trust in Me also. There are many rooms in My Father’s house. If it were not so, I would have told you. I am going away to make a place for you. After I go and make a place for you, I will come back and take you with Me. Then you may be where I am.”
My wife and I wish that Florida was closer to us that we could attend…. but please know our spirits are with you and your family.
God bless and stay strong, brother!

Mat and family,
I want to send my condolences. Kris was such a very special and remarkable lady who was always smiling and sharing her wonderful sense of humor and life stories. I am truly blessed and extremely thankful that I have had the opportunity to meet and spend time with you & Kris. And I am thankful to have met your son and Kris’s Mom as well. Even though I have not known you & Kris for that long, Kris’s love, kindness and friendship have been so touching and infectious not only for me but to all who have met her. Kris was truly amazing and will be so greatly missed as she was so greatly loved by all. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
