Debra Ragins Waters, 70, of Eustis, Florida passed away on January 21, 2024. Mrs. Waters was born on February 09, 1953 in Orlando, Florida. She is survived by her children Charles Dinkins, Paul Dinkins, William Dinkins and Tina Becerra; siblings Jerry Linton and Jeff Jones; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; as well as her Triangle Bingo Family in Mount Dora, Florida. She will be missed by her many loved ones and friends.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
