She is survived by her loving husband Charles Lavern Gillis; children Robert (Patricia Lynne) Vernon Gillis and Rebecca (George) Gillis Gill; brother William (Norma) Hayes Green; grandchildren Mary Gill Hare, Austin Gillis, Evan Seagle, and Victoria Gillis; and cousin Midge Galbreath.
