Mrs. Dora Higgins Hancock

Dora Higgins Hancock, 88, longtime resident of Apopka, Florida since 1997 after being widowed, she passed away on July 16, 2020.  Mrs. Hancock previously lived and worked in Ocala in the Medical Field; she was Baptist and a member of the Dayspring Community Church. She is preceded in death by her nephew Jeff Owens. Mrs. Hancock is survived by her sister Ruth Owens; nieces and nephews Michael (Carrie) Owens, Tammy Owens and Christine Owens; adored like grandchildren Chastity, Kimberly, Cristy, and Salena (Wayne); as well as her many beloved friends and relatives. She will truly be missed.
