Doris Jordan Cooley, 81, of Youngsville, North Carolina passed away on May 18, 2024. Mrs. Cooley was born on October 31, 1943 in Raleigh, North Carolina. She is survived by her son Max Windsor; as well as her grandchildren Brandon Windsor, Tiffany Windsor and Alicia Cooley. She will be missed by her many loved ones and friends.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
