Dorothy G. Rice, 81, of Lake Mary, Florida, passed away December 9, 2015. Mrs. Rice was born May 12, 1934 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was a Secretary. She is survived by her loving children Richard Rice of Apopka, FL and Crystal Lemmons; brother James O'Mary; 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F.
