Elba F. Mattei 76, of Apopka, Florida passed away November 12, 2020. Mrs. Mattei was born on April 08, 1944 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. She is preceded in death by her father Tito Feliciano, mother Josefina Gonzalez. Siblings Jovito, Miguel, and Juan Feliciano, also daughter Mildret Maldonado. Elba is survived by her loving husband of 52 years Elieser Mattei . Daughter Lesbia Pérez (Pedro) and stepchildren Elieser, Wanda, Ramon, Lynda, Nancy and Javier Mattei. Grandchildren Carlos Perez and many others. Great Grandchildren Carlos Javier Perez and many others. Our dear beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother we love you dearly and you will forever live in our hearts.
