Emily Gaines Tinsley, 97, of Apopka, Florida, passed away September 18, 2017. She was born January 10, 1920 in Jacksonville, Florida. Mrs. Tinsley is survived by her children William Lee, Tina Tinsley, Debrah Raehn, and Teresa Tinsley. She will be missed by her many loved ones and friends.
