Hollinsworth, Frances K., 86, of Longwood, Fl. passed away at Select Specialty Hospital in Orlando after a long battle with COPD on Sunday, 8/24/14 at 5am. She was preceeded in death by her parents W.F. "Frank" Rogers and Mildred (Crosby) Rogers, her husband Frank L. Hollinsworth, Jr. and brother Billy Rogers. Frances is survived by her sister Jane Newell, sons Terry and Dale Hollinsworth, daughter in law Karen (Terry), seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Most importantly Frances accepted The Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior before she went to her Heavenly home.
Frances was born in Myrtlewood, Al. on November 24, 1927. She moved to Birmingham, Al. as a child with her parents. She married Frank L. Hollinsworth, Jr. in Birmingham in 1947. She, Frank and son Terry moved to Longwood, Fl. in 1956.
A graveside service will be held at Longwood Memorial Gardens at 929 Grant St. on Saturday, August 30 at 10:00 am. For more information please call 407-497-4690.
