Hazel Scarbrough, Cocoa, passed away peacefully in Altamonte Springs, at the age of 69. Hazel will be lovingly remembered by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. A wonderful mother to David (Darlene) Lang and Amanda (Nick) Kozinczak. A beloved mimi/memaw to Johnathan (Holly), James, Audrey, and Nola. A beloved great memaw to Mercedes and Patricia. Predeceased by her loving parents Herman and Ruth Hodil, and her husband William R. Scarbrough. Hazel was born in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and moved to Florida in 1978. She enjoyed riding the motorcycle with her husband, and participating in Girl Scout activities with her granddaughter. In lieu of flowers, donations to GIFTS for Girls would be greatly appreciated.

Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
