Mrs.Jacqueline Mae Shandik

Jacqueline Mae Shandik, 81, of Apopka, Florida passed away on March 25, 2020.  Mrs. Shandik was born on July 29, 1938 in Manitoba, Canada to late parents Ferdinand and Helen Best. Jackie had two sisters, Kathleen and Sheila. She is survived by her children Keneth, Duane, Brenda, Lareesa, Michael and Robert; grandchildren Robert, Jessica, Nina, Devon, Katelynn, and Caightlain Ann; as well as great grandchildren Aidan and Payton. Mrs. Shandik was a very talented musician and artist who loved playing the piano and painting with oils. She was a Cub Scout Den Mother and attended Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs. She also owned an arts and crafts store and was a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for the Hagerstown Community Action Council. In her leisure time she enjoyed reading and doing crossword puzzles. She will be missed by her loved ones and friends.
