Janice Augusta (nee. Bergner) Tremblay, 79, of Orlando, Florida passed away on February 18, 2023. Mrs. Tremblay was born on February 8, 1944 to the late Henry and Veronica Bergner in Webster, Massachusetts. Mrs. Tremblay is survived by her loving husband Richard E. Tremblay; children Raymond Joseph (Katiana) Tremblay, Steven Louis (Kelli) Tremblay, Rose Marie Tremblay and Donna Tremblay Strickland; daughter-in-law Julia A. Tremblay; siblings Henry W. (Barbara) Bergner Jr, Barbara Piechocki and Suzanne (Douglas) Broga; grandchildren Ryan Thomas (Logan) Tremblay and Avery Noelle Strickland; nephews James (Shari) Broga and Michael R. (Jean) Piechocki; nieces Katherine L. (Robert) Browning III, MaryJane (Steve) Moran, Theresa P. (Joseph) Mailloux and Betsy A. Hanley. She will be missed by her many loved ones and friends.

This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
