Juanita V. Ustler, 93, of Apopka, Florida went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 21, 2023, after a struggle with pneumonia. She was born March 23, 1930, to parents Edward Guy Russell and Janie Fowler Russell in Palatka, Florida. Juanita married Harold E. Ustler Sr. on June 22, 1946 and was a housewife, a great cook, homemaker and loved working in her yard with her beautiful flowers. Originally from South Carolina, she lived most of her life in Apopka. In addition to cooking and gardening, she loved local sports and her sparkly jewelry. Dedicated to her family, she believed in hard work and staying busy. Juanita especially loved the holidays. She is survived by sons Harold Ustler Jr. of Apopka and Stephen Ustler of Winter Garden; her brother Stephen and sisters Joyce and Judy; 4 grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She is predeceased by her husband Harold E. Ustler Sr. in 2002; daughters Linda Ustler Brickner in 1997; Jeannie Ustler Rottloff in 2023; brothers Doyle and Carl and sisters Dorothy, Betty, Peggy, Jane and Barbara.
Services will be held at Loomis Funeral Home in Apopka on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, with viewing from 10-11am and a brief service at 11am.
