Leah Joan Blanchard, 68, of Apopka, Florida, passed away December 06, 2016. Mrs. Blanchard was born February 01, 1948 in Latrobe, PA. She was a Secretary. Mrs. Blanchard is survived by her loving husband William "Bill" Blanchard of Apopka; children Jimmy Pratt of Mt. Dora and Laura Bogle of Apopka; sister Becky Collier of Apopka; grandchildren Evan Bogle and Camrick Bogle both of Apopka; nieces Beth Collier of Monroe, GA and Allison Collier of Altamonte Springs; nephew David Collier, Jr. of Annapolis, MD
