Linda was such a beautiful, smart and gracious friend. Words just can’t describe the kindness and impact she had on me the first time I met her and then every time I saw her for the next 30 years. God needed her way too early for the rest of us and her beautiful smile and wise council will be sorely missed here on earth.
Steve, please know our condolences hearts and prayers are with you, the girls and you entire family. Thank you for introducing and sharing with us the beauty of Linda.

Linda and all your family made a huge difference in the lives of our family. From the very first time we met you walking Val with Monica and Julie in the twin stroller in front of our house, you provided encouragement, love, and even passed down some much needed twin stuff to us at a time we were feeling overwhelmed by the coming birth of Caroline and Ashlee. When child care became a problem a year later, your family provided a loving, structured, and fun part time care for our girls. We had some real adventures along the way- the time we went on a Target run and I learned just how fierce Linda could be when threatened. Trading homes and caring for the six girls for a weekend so Linda and Steve could have date nights in Dallas the girls could have sleepovers. The evenings sharing an informal weeknight meal that taught me sharing a meal and fellowship didn’t require perfection but that it was about the people. You were always there for every big event when you were in Texas- birthdays and baptisms which meant everything to our girls. Most of all, I will never forget that beautiful smile that exuded positivity and unbridled joy which it seems she kept throughout her final journey. May God comfort your beautiful family. ❤️🙏

Steve, all the Kids and Grandkids-
We all lost a shining example of how life should be led – with kindness, optimism and love being Linda’s guiding principles. I know it has to be especially hard on each of you. May you take comfort in knowing she’s in heaven with those who proceeded her, and loved her. Their gain is our loss. My hope is Linda’s spirit continue to inspire you to show the same kindness, optimism and love in your lives. I’m here if you need me.
Love,
Michael and Bev
