Mary Elizabeth Bridges, 83, of Apopka, passed away Saturday, September 14, 2013. She was born May 21, 1930 in Huntington, West Virginia and moved to Apopka from Homosassa. She was a Homemaker; Crisis Ministry volunteer; she was involved in church activities; enjoyed gardening, painting, decorating and flower arranging. Mrs. Bridges is survived by daughters, Connie Hogan (Dan) Tew, Christie Hogan (Bob) Atkinson and Carla Hogan (Don) Shehane; grandchildren, Eric Tew, William Tew and Amy Bassett; great grandchildren, Jerod Tew, James Tew, Shiloh Tew and Brayden Bassett.
