Mrs. Maxine C. Eagle

Maxine C. Eagle was born on Oct. 2, 1922 in South Carolina. She went home to be with the Lord on Nov. 7, 2016. Maxine passed away peacefully at home at the age of 94. She is survived by 2 sons, Terry (Tammy) Eagle and Bruce (Karen) Eagle, and a daughter-in-law, Diane Eagle. She also had 5 grandsons, Michael (Dana), Nicholas, Kristopher, Jason, and Matt. Maxine was predeceased by her husband, James, her son, Don, her sister, Virginia Church, and her brother, William Cartin. Maxine was a homemaker and an avid gardener and loved growing organic vegetables and flowers, and was involved with her church, First Baptist Church of North. She will be missed by all who knew her. Funeral services will be held at Fort Jackson National Cemetery in Columbia, SC. on Thursday, Nov. 10,2016 at 10:00 AM. Guests are asked to arrive by 9:30 AM. Donations can be sent to Hospice of the Comforter and flowers to Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home in North.
