Patricia R. Monson, 84, of Apopka, passed away Wednesday, April 09, 2014. She was born July 4, 1929 in Shreveport, Louisiana. She worked in Public Relations for Florida Hospital. Mrs. Monson is survived by her children, Richard L. Carr, Rhonda Sleister, Jan Vandegrift and James Todd Vandegrift; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
