Peggy Berkley, 79, passed away at her home in Tavares on July 6, 2016. She was born on April 4, 1937 to Bascom and Callie Corder of Eolia, Kentucky. She enjoyed a close relationship with her sister, Helen Brown, who currently resides in Broadway, Virginia. Peggy married William “Bill” Berkley on June 27, 1955 in Bethesda, Maryland. They moved to Florida in 1962 and had six children: William N. Berkley III (died in infancy), Belinda McLain (passed in 2007), Steven, Darlene, Becky, and Trish.

After Bill passed in 2000, Peggy started a new chapter of her life in Tavares, Florida. She loved working in her yard and garden, and was an avid reader.
