Roberta Lynn (Noah) Rowe, 68, of Zellwood, Florida passed away on June 10, 2021. Mrs. Rowe was born on September 24, 1952 in Kenai, Alaska. She is survived by loving husband Charles C. Rowe III; her sisters Madeline S. Ryan, Carol A. Noah, and Juel Endres; 4 step-children; 12 step- grandchildren. She will be missed by her many loved ones and friends.
