Rosa Cenobia Rizo, 95, of Apopka, Florida, passed away February 26, 2018. She was born February 23, 1923 in Palmira, Colombia. Mrs. Rizo is preceded in death by her loving husband Guillermo Rizo. She is survived by her 12 loving children; 43 grandchildren; many, many great grandchildren; and her loved ones and friends.
