Rosely Betty Allen, 84, of Winter Garden, Florida, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2014. She was born June 08, 1930 in Niagara Falls, New York. Mrs. Allen was a Factory Worker. She is survived by her son Roy Allen of Clermont, Florida.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F.
