Ruth Elizabeth Bursey, 81, of Apopka, Florida passed away on July 22, 2023. Mrs. Bursey was born on June 13, 1942 in Spencer, Iowa. Mrs. Bursey is preceded in death by her brother Lee Branum. She is survived by her loving husband Ernie Bursey; children Blake (Cathy) Bursey, Jonathan Bursey, Steven Bursey and Kristin (Romeo Pavlic) Bursey; grandchildren Patrick Bursey, Sarah Bursey, Carson Bursey, Alex Bursey and Skyler Bursey; as well as her sisters Helene Pooler and Dorothy Cole. She will be dearly missed by her extended family, loved ones and friends.
