Sandra R. Magin, 80, of Maitland, FL passed away on March 14, 2023. She was born on November 1, 1942, in Hagerstown, MD to Father Arthur A. Roeder Sr and Mother Thelma Youngblood Roeder.
Sandy grew up in Daytona Beach, FL. She then raised her family in Winter Park, FL. She worked as a medical secretary for Orlando Orthopaedic Center for 17 years where she made many lifelong friends. She then spent 10 years in Franklin, NC with her husband Bob, a place they absolutely loved. In 2005, she returned to the Orlando area to be closer to her family. She spent her time involved with the church, stamping, crocheting, making greeting cards, and volunteering in her granddaughter and grandson’s elementary school. She was a sports nut, enjoying NFL football and NBA basketball. She was an avid fan of the Orlando Magic since they came to town, enjoying many a game at the arena.
Sandra was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert W. Magin, parents, and siblings, William Roeder, and Arthur Roeder Jr, son Stephen Magin, grandchild Laurin Murawski. She is survived by her children Beth Hoskins (Nate) of Maitland, FL, John Mason (Athena) of Ferrum, VA, Lisa Murawski (Steve) of Tampa, FL, Michael Magin (Gayle) of Jacksonville, FL and grandchildren Boone, Dylan, Matthew, Steven, Heather, Zachary, Meghan, Ryan, and 1 great-grandchild Marley.
Sandy touched so many lives and will be forever loved and missed by her family and friends.
