Sharon Lynn Kruzel, age 46, of Tavares, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2013. Born on November 10, 1966 in Elgin, IL, she moved to the Central Florida area 11 years ago from Chicago, IL. Mrs. Kruzel was a Catholic and worked in accounting. She loved many things in her life; her friends, animals (especially dogs), to cook and bake, to play her music loud and sing along, and a good sale. Mrs. Kruzel was preceded in death by her father, Richard Denz.
Mrs. Kruzel is survived by her husband, Ron Kruzel; mother, Barbara Denz; daughter, Angela Denz; and siblings, Catherine (Joe) Arms, Michael Denz, and John Denz.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.

The first day I met Mrs. Sharon I knew that we would get along perfect. One of the first things she said to me was "Well I don't feel so bad anymore, you're almost the same size as me"! I soon found out that we had another thing in common…EATING! She loved to eat as much as me, if not more. So that's mostly what our days consisted of, and on our way to the restaurants we would listen to the radio, and she knew every song that came on!
