Sheila Doretha Owens, 71, of Apopka, Florida, passed away January 18, 2020. She was born April 30, 1948 in Germany. Mrs. Owens is survived by her children Richard Gallagher and Phil Gallagher; siblings John (Gail) Kalepp, Ray Kalepp, Elizabeth Bracey and Mary Kalepp; and many loved ones and friends. She’ll be dearly missed.
