Shirley Joyce Horne, daughter of the late Ella Juanita and Albert Marvin Stacey and granddaughter of the late Maude Mae and Elijah Vickers, died October 5, 2016. Mrs. Horne was born November 28, 1937 in Grundy, Virginia and raised in Raysal, West Virginia. She was a graduate of Big Creek High School. Mrs. Horne was a longtime business owner in Central Florida as well as a property owner and part-time resident of Burke’s Garden, Virginia. She is predeceased by her husband Ernest L. Horne, her daughter Rhonda Denise Horne, and her brother Eugene Stacey. She is survived by her son Gregory Scott Horne of Longwood, Florida, grandchildren Amanda L. Horne, Colten J. Horne, Clinten S. Horne, and Amber R. Horne of Longwood.
