Susan Phyllis Picotte, age 59, of Sanford, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2013. Born on July 28, 1954 in Keene, New Hampshire, she moved to the Central Florida area from Michigan 25 years ago. Mrs. Picotte was a Protestant and worked in graphic design.
Mrs. Picotte is survived by her siblings, Pamela S. Bernier, Bruce Sprague, and Stephen Sprague.
