Violet E. Brooks, 98, of Apopka, Florida, passed away February 23, 2017. Mrs. Brooks was born July 11, 1918 in Indian Lake, NY. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Brooks is preceded in death by her husband Joel Brooks and son Dallas Brooks. She is survived by her children Estelle (John) Garrett of Orlando, Cheryl Jean (Richard) Chronister of Apopka, Terry (Marilyn) Brooks of Orange City; siblings Joseph King of Indian Lake and Mary Jane Blanchard of Speculator, NY; 2 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren.
