Mrs. Virginia R. Carter

Virginia R. Carter, 82, of Orlando, Florida passed away on October 25, 2019. Mrs. Carter was born on October 07, 1937 in Salisbury, Maryland. She is preceded in death by her husband Virgil Carter; step-children Gary V. Carter, and Reba Ann White. Mrs. Carter is survived by step-children Pat D. Faulk and Billy (Peggy) R. Carter of Sorrento; brother Tommy Elliott; niece Bobbe Sue Elliott; as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be missed by her many loved ones and friends.
