Arlene C. Moore, 71, of Orlando, Florida, passed away August 14, 2016. Ms. Moore was born March 16, 1945 in Wheat, WV. She was a Homemaker. Ms. Moore is survived by her children Julie Pinkney and Tammy Pinkney; siblings Jack Moore, Josephine Sakas, Kathlene O’Neil, Maxine Krueger, Irene Mincin, Lorraine Crisp and Eileen Moore.
