Cynthia Jo Breisacher, 66, of Winter Springs, Florida passed away on November 12, 2023. Ms. Breisacher was born on September 30, 1957 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Robert and Jeannine Breisacher. She is survived by her siblings Robert (Lori) Breisacher, Lynn (John) Davis, Stephenie (Bryan) Peck; nieces Stacy Shayla, Ashlyn, Alexandra (David), Bailey and Hayden; nephews R.J. (Shelbee), Christian (Emma), and Michael; as well as her beloved Snap-On family whom she worked with for nearly 40 years. She’ll be dearly missed by her extended family, loved ones and friends.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
