Dorothy Jane Anderson, 79 of Apopka, Florida, passed away April 24, 2016. Ms. Anderson was born December 13, 1936 in Alabama. She was a Manager in Agriculture. Ms. Anderson is survived by her loving children Karl Sasser of Apopka and Sandra Sasser-Moore of Kissimmee, FL; siblings Louis Ward and Ann Collins; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and an expected new addition later this year.

This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
