Joyce Ann Suber, age 70, of Winter Garden, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2013. Born on September 19, 1942 in Penny Farms, she was a Baptist and worked as a secretary.
Ms. Suber is survived by her loving daughter, Patricia (Greg) Kvitkauskas
of Winter Garden; siblings, Hazel McCall, Betty Todd, Ruth Mathews, Katherine Kirby, and Juanita Kirby; and grandchildren, Nat and Nicole.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
