Joyce Elaine Evert, 79, of Clermont, passed away Wednesday, October 08, 2014. She was born November 10, 1934 in Glenwood, Iowa and moved to Central Florida 34 years ago from South Dakota. She was a Registered Nurse and a Methodist. Ms. Evert is survived by her daughter, Sutton Webers; sons, Sherman and Stephen Webers; sister, Carolyn Naglestad; brothers, R.J. Kizzier and Richard Kizzier; 3 grandchildren.
