Julie Ruthann Noppinger, 37, of Oviedo passed away on March 23, 2022 in Orlando, Florida. Julie was born in Dallas, TX on March 15, 1985. Julie was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was predeceased by her mother Linda Noppinger. She is survived by her father Stephen Noppinger; her sisters Valerie Poirier (Laurier), Monica Thompson (Jason), and Elizabeth Noppinger; two nieces; and fiancé Daniel StandingBear. Julie had a caring heart, a quick smile, and was loved by many. Funeral services are being handled by Loomis Family Funeral Home, Apopka.

This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
