Tai Thi Phan, 74, of Orlando, Florida passed away on March 26, 2021. Ms. Tai Thi Phan was born on December 31, 1946 in Bien Hoa, Vietnam. She is preceded in death by mother Nguyen Thi Que. She is survived by her children Ann Phan, Phan Tin My Linlr, and Nguyen Thi Thu Van; as well as her 9 grandchildren. Tai Thi will be missed by her many loved ones and friends.
