Vera M Dubuque, 80, of Dade City, Florida, passed away June 17, 2015. Ms. Dubuque was born October 1, 1934 in Swainsboro, GA. She was a Deputy with Pasco County. Ms. Dubuque is survived by her loving sisters Idelle Daniels of Astatula, FL and Tina Smith of Dade City, FL.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F.
