Victoria Mendizabal, 92, of Apopka, Florida, passed away May 18, 2017. She was born March 15, 1925 in Callao, Peru. Ms. Mendizabal is survived by her children Elizabeth Payne, Pedro Mendizabal, and Rosario (Charo) McGuigan; siblings Jorge Garay, Antonieta Domingue, Ricardina Dagnino, Margarita Dunning, and Nellie Perez; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
