Your funding is secure

When you initiate your pre-paid funeral plan, we immediately establish a Qualified Individual Trust account in your name. Under the terms of the Trust Agreement, the funds are held in Trust only for the funeral services and merchandise specified in your contract. 100% of all funds prepaid are placed into a Qualified Funeral Trust at Independent funeral directors of Florida, a company that specializing in the administration of prepaid funeral funds for Independent funeral homes in Florida. Funds are available for release from the bank trust to the funeral home only upon proof to the Bank Trustee of death and performance of the preneed contract.

As specified in each contract, we guarantee to deliver every preneed contract with no additional charge for any item prepaid in the contract, including all services as specified, and delivery of all merchandise specified.
